EKB pursued the goal of sustainably expanding its own digital B2B activities and optimally positioning itself for the future. The existing online presence was to be replaced by a modern, powerful solution that was both functional and visually appealing. The focus was on a secure and scalable platform that not only supports sales but also acts as a showroom, bringing the high-quality product range to life digitally.
In close collaboration with EKB, we developed a customised B2B platform based on Shopware 6. Our approach combined technological excellence with a clear, user-oriented design. This included the development of a custom template, the integration of payment providers, the setup of automated email processes, and the flexible management of customer groups and shipping costs. In addition, we relied on a high-performance search with Doofinder and designed newsletter templates in Cleverreach.
The result is a modern, secure and user-friendly B2B shop platform that serves as a long-term basis for EKB's digital sales. It offers an efficient shopping experience, a noticeably more showroom-like character and supports the company in sustainably increasing its B2B sales. With this solution, EKB has laid the foundation for further expanding its market position in the digital catering wholesale sector and strengthening customer loyalty in the long term.
