Alvi's existing online shop was still based on Shopware 5 and did not meet modern UX standards or the technical requirements for a scalable e-commerce strategy. It also lacked a clear performance marketing structure. Alvi was looking for a partner who could take on the relaunch as well as ongoing technical support and digital marketing in a holistic manner.
We developed a holistic concept: a complete relaunch on Shopware 6, combined with a modern design, improved user guidance and high-performance shop architecture. At the same time, we took over performance marketing on Google and Meta. The goal was to achieve a sustainable increase in efficiency while reducing wastage and providing centralised technical support for all ongoing tasks.
The new shop impresses with improved loading times, higher conversion rates and a modern look. In performance marketing, the ROAS targets set were exceeded by two to three times – a massive increase in efficiency. Continuous technical support and agile implementation of all to-dos created a solid foundation for Alvi's digital growth.
